It is my goal as a 4+ year National Academy of Sports Medicine

Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide you with VALUE and make these new healthier habits truly stick. We transform your mindset - where it all starts ; teaching you how to set attainable weekly workout, nutrition, and overall wellness goals. We tackle any hurdles and find a way to overcome them to give you the gift of more life.

I offer personalized fitness + mindset coaching, workout programs, minimally processed recipes, and nutrition guidance from years of experience to give you the guidance and accountability needed to become the highest, grandest version of yourself! 

The mission of Viribus Fitness is to empower individuals by tackling mindset, providing science and value behind each movement, recipe, and mindset tactic to build a life you love again. I specialize in progressive strength training and injury prevention to build lean muscle AND confidence along the journey of becoming a stronger you.

MEET CASSIE

I'm Cassie, a 4+ year NASM certified personal trainer, certified nutrition coach, former group fitness coach, and current licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. I help individuals find a sustainable path to an overall healthier, happier, and more confident quality of life through progressive strength training, mindset coaching, and clarity when it comes to goal setting.

It's crucial to form a strong foundation when it comes to making positive changes in your life. We establish any self-limitations, nutritional deficiencies, and muscle imbalances prior to your program. Anyone can perform a workout seen online, but there is a reason these are not sticking in your day-to-day life. Time to dive deep and for you to take my hand along the way.

Weight-loss pills, shots, and fad-diets are not in my rulebook. If sustainable results are something you are looking for, it simply takes hard work and dedication. I am here to lead you along the way and help give you the gift of an overall greater quality of life. Are you ready?
