My 1-on-1 coaching includes:

Mindset coaching Fitness is so much more than just a physical transformation, it's a heavily mindset-based experience as well. Together we will establish a healthy mindset for success, repairing any unhealthy habits holding you back. We will determine clear goals with a strong support system to keep you motivated along the way.

A Structured Workout Plan Customized to your overall fitness goal. I will develop a workout plan tailored around your schedule to establish an effective plan that is sustainable. I will give you the proper structure to see the results you need.

Meal recommendations I also include suggestions as to what you should be eating to achieve the body you want. I will give you a few options to choose from every week to keep the process interesting to keep you on track. This will take the guess-work out of what to keep your body for optimal workout performance.

Accountability My coaching comes with twice weekly check-ins to see how the process is going. Via email, text, or whatever works best for you, we will communicate to make sure what we are doing is working for you. We can make any adjustments as they need to be made and keep you motivated to stay on track and achieve your goals!
